See this guy? He LOVES to jump. We swear he'll be a ball player and have mad hops with how much he jumps everyday! Off couches, beds, stools....oh and when music plays, hopping around is his dancing. Well, thanks to Aunt Charity, he got to be in heaven and jump in a padded, netted, child-sized place for an hour and a half straight. It was her daughter's birthday, and she invited us up. It was pretty fun. So if your child is like mine, you may enjoy a family outing to Jump On It. Did I mention kids 3 and under are FREE?

Easter

Easter is pretty low-key with young ones when you basically do the egg-coloring for them. But it was fun. Cousins Dusty and Kaylee came over, and the kids had a blast.

Wyatt's egg with W's all around it. He's obsessed with the letter "W for Wyatt."

We hid the eggs in our basement, because the weather was no good.

They all had a good time and got lots of candy!

Thursday, March 25

I just wanted to play around with these fun collages, and do a fun post about my kids. They are all growing like weeds, and I know I'll be sorry if I don't write down some of these fun things.

Morgan, as you can see, is such a happy guy. His cheeks are SO irresistable to everyone that holds him. That includes kissing, pinching, touching, gnawing, zerberting, you name it. And MOM is the worst! He LOVES attention. He wants people to talk to him so he can tell them his stories. He has the best stories in the world. He loves to be swaddled--TIGHT, in order to go to sleep.(Just like Wyatt and Misty did) I love his chubbiness and his big blue eyes.

Misty is my little poser/entertainer. The other day, I caught her talking to Morgan while he was propped up on the couch. His hand was in a fist, so she says, "Knuckles," then proceeds to give him knuckles. Then she holds her open hand open and says,"fives" then pulls it away and says, "too slow!" Then she tops it off with her fake sounding laugh and says, "Funny!" I was so glad I got to see that. It made my day! She's such a cute little talker, and loves to play and wrestle with her dad and brother. She also loves to rock and cuddle her dollies and wrap them in blankets.

Wyatt is my little sweetheart. He just randomly comes up and grabs my face and kisses me. Whenever we leave from visiting family, he goes up to EVERYONE and says, "I need a kiss." Then he puts his hands on their cheeks and gently pulls them in for a kiss. He loves to be tickled. When I get him dressed daily, he always says,"Tickle me Mom!" And he has the cutest laugh! If you say to him, "Guess what?" he sweetly answers, "I Love YOU!!" He says his own prayers at night, and he loves to sing. He memorizes songs really well, just like his daddy.

Morgan's Blessing Day

On March 7, Morgan Roscoe received a beautiful blessing for his life on this earth. We just love this little guy so much. He is so special, and has brought even more joy into our lives. He was a little older than our others were when they were blessed. We were lucky to fit him into this cute little tux his Grandma May gave him. She also crocheted the afghan. Thanks mom!

Proud parents.

Birthday Boy

This wasn't quite a month ago. So I'm doing okay, right? I hate that all my posts seem to be catch up, but what do ya do? Ross turned 29 this year. He was gone all day to do training at work. When he got home, we had lasagna and bread sticks ready. That is the reason Misty isn't wearing a shirt. We sang happy birthday and had cake and ice cream. The kids even made him a card. I traced all of their hands on it. Then Wyatt drew train tracks and Misty colored some pretty back and forth scribbles. Ross could even tell whose was whose.

We all love this man so much. The perfect father and husband in our eyes.
Happy Birthday Hon!

Update

A few weeks ago was my birthday. Ross and I went on a shopping/lunch date. I got some new shoes, and we ate at the Pizza Factory. I felt really spoiled this year. I had lunch with my friends Amy and Justine a few days before my birthday. On my birthday, my sister, Erika received her endowments, so I got to go to the Manti temple for a session with my family. Erika married her sweetheart the next morning, which I was lame about and didn't take any pictures. The reception was so beautiful and she looked like a princess. We're so happy to have Travis join our family. Then the next next week, I got together with my sisters-in-law for lunch to celebrate my and Bonnie's birthdays. It was fun to get together, and I felt so lucky to spend time with the ones I love for my birthday.

The next weekend we traveled down to Nevada for the reception down there. I brought my camera with the intention to get some pics. I took it out at the park and realized that the battery was dying and all I got was a few pictures before it died :( The weather was BEAUTIFUL!!! Notice the green grass. It was so fun to get out and play with the kids at the park. That is unheard of this time of year up here.

Misty saw that I got the camera out to take pictures of this....

Ross was playing basketball the other night and landed on someone turning his ankle pretty bad. When he told me he heard a POP I automatically thought he broke it. We're still not sure what the description of the injury is because he refuses to have someone look at it. He says it feels better, but the bruising is getting worse. I must say for being a little laid up, he's still been pretty helpful around the house. There have been moments where I felt like I was waiting on another kid, but Ross is pretty tough and doesn't seem to be milking it like he could be. He's even gone to work when he could easily be taking some sick days. What a great example he is!
Our baby boy is two months old now. We took him to the doc for his well-child visit, and he weighs 10 lbs. 1 oz and is 22 inches long. He's in the 25th percentile for his weight and 35th for his height. We were surprised it wasn't higher. I guess he just looks so chubby to us compared to our previous baby, Misty. But look at those cheeks!! It's a workout for him to smile. Which he does quite often, but not when I get the camera out. He just makes this face...
I seriously took five pictures and they all look EXACTLY like this. He's such a good baby and loves it when his brother and sister give him kisses. His eyes are blue for now.

Hi Ho! Hi Ho!

The latest movie in our family has been "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs." Wyatt and Misty's favorite part is when the dwarfs leave for work singing the famous "Hi Ho!"They clap and jump and dance around. My favorite part is later on in the day when Wyatt runs the loop in our house chanting, "Hi ho, hi ho. It's off a work e go! Er reeber reeber reeber ree! Hi ho, hi ho! Guess we know what whistling sounds like in a child's words.
