Update

A few weeks ago was my birthday. Ross and I went on a shopping/lunch date. I got some new shoes, and we ate at the Pizza Factory. I felt really spoiled this year. I had lunch with my friends Amy and Justine a few days before my birthday. On my birthday, my sister, Erika received her endowments, so I got to go to the Manti temple for a session with my family. Erika married her sweetheart the next morning, which I was lame about and didn't take any pictures. The reception was so beautiful and she looked like a princess. We're so happy to have Travis join our family. Then the next next week, I got together with my sisters-in-law for lunch to celebrate my and Bonnie's birthdays. It was fun to get together, and I felt so lucky to spend time with the ones I love for my birthday.

The next weekend we traveled down to Nevada for the reception down there. I brought my camera with the intention to get some pics. I took it out at the park and realized that the battery was dying and all I got was a few pictures before it died :( The weather was BEAUTIFUL!!! Notice the green grass. It was so fun to get out and play with the kids at the park. That is unheard of this time of year up here.

Misty saw that I got the camera out to take pictures of this....

Ross was playing basketball the other night and landed on someone turning his ankle pretty bad. When he told me he heard a POP I automatically thought he broke it. We're still not sure what the description of the injury is because he refuses to have someone look at it. He says it feels better, but the bruising is getting worse. I must say for being a little laid up, he's still been pretty helpful around the house. There have been moments where I felt like I was waiting on another kid, but Ross is pretty tough and doesn't seem to be milking it like he could be. He's even gone to work when he could easily be taking some sick days. What a great example he is!
Our baby boy is two months old now. We took him to the doc for his well-child visit, and he weighs 10 lbs. 1 oz and is 22 inches long. He's in the 25th percentile for his weight and 35th for his height. We were surprised it wasn't higher. I guess he just looks so chubby to us compared to our previous baby, Misty. But look at those cheeks!! It's a workout for him to smile. Which he does quite often, but not when I get the camera out. He just makes this face...
I seriously took five pictures and they all look EXACTLY like this. He's such a good baby and loves it when his brother and sister give him kisses. His eyes are blue for now.

I'm so glad things are going well for you guys--you all look great! And church b'ball is dangerous! Blake has rolled his ankle a couple of times doing that and I have another friend that posted her husband's ankle this week that looks just the same! :)

I wished we lived closer together so we could hang out during the day. But our days are about to change too. Morgan is getting so big. 10lbs at 2 months is a pretty good size. When are you blessing him?
