Last weekend, I got to go to my second Ryan Shupe and the Rubberband concert. It was so fun, but cold. They are really good entertainers and there was a lot of energy in the stands. I went with my sisters-in-law, Bonnie and Holly, and Holly's sister-in-law Cori. Holly brought two of her daughters. Here she is with Audrey, her oldest.

Here are Cori and Hailee. It was so cute, after one of the songs, Hailee stood up right before people started clapping and shouted, "GOOD JOB!" I was so glad they came with us.

Me and Bonnie with Sarah(Holly's). The singer, Carrie Judd, who did the opening act had a song called "Sarah". Holly has a friend who knows him, so she went down and talked to him after he was done performing. She took Sarah with her, and got her a CD with his autograph on it. She was so stoked! It was so cute.

After the show, we waited in line to talk to the band. It wasn't even a very long wait. We had an ulterior motive though. Craig Miner(far right) is the banjo player, and he's single. We wanted him and Bonnie to meet. Actually, they met before at the Maverick in Ephraim, and once we refreshed his memory he seemed to remember. They were all really nice and friendly.

Wouldn't they be cute together? They have a lot in common, too.

They had these bright lights that made the pictures a little blurry, so sorry. Anyway, it was fun. This year, it was colder, so it was hard to be a very active audience. It was held at an amphitheater with the seats on a slope, and more seating in the grass behind that. We sat on the grass. Last year, they came halfway up on a little stage to play a few songs, and that was cool. I wish they would've done that this year. My favorite part was when all five of them were playing "Low Rider" on a single upright bass. It was awesome! They came up with some pretty unique things for entertainment. Below is a link to them on the bass. It's just the end and it's not the same show we attended. It started with one person on the bass, then they came out one by one adding in their parts. I don't think I'd ever seen anything like it.
I hope the link works. You may have to copy and paste it.

I didn't know you went to a concert, see you have girls nights out:) Looks like fun! I am glad you went to the wedding so my kids had Wyatt to play with!
I'm glad you went to the wedding too, so that we could see you and your cute kids. I forgot to ask where Ross was. Didn't you tell him his favorite second cousin was going to be there? :)
I am a little jealous. I Love Ryan Shuppe. I bet it was great. Looks like a lot of fun.
Hi Chavonne!
Of course I remember you! You are very much apart of "old high school stories" occasionally. So, I feel like I know lots of Shan's friends! Thanks for the compliments on the baby. She really is adorable (even though I'm totally bias!) Hope you are enjoying your summer so far. I will have to tell Shannon to get on here and take a look at your blog!
